Tungstenite Your Bearings

Efficient Effortless Motion = The Perfect Spin

Maximize the performance of your bearings with properly impinged Tungsten Disulfide dry film lubricant processed by Applied Tungstenite. An extremely thin impinged coating of Tungsten Disulfide produces exceptional results for your bearings, by reducing friction and expanding wear life.

Impinged Tungsten Disulfide

Provides: Exceptional lubricity in extreme conditions.
-460°F to 1200°F in normal atmosphere and
-360°F to 2400°F in a hard vacuum.

Reduces: Outgassing, micro-welding and galling to
dramatically extend wear life.

Forges: A strong bond to the substrate by high
velocity impingement.

Creates: One uniform thin layer 0.5 microns thick.
There are no binders or extra tolerances to
be considered.

Adds: An extra layer of lubrication to conventional
oils and greases, with a coeffient of friction
as low as 0.035

Certified to go to Mars

Applied Tungstenite's aerospace certification is your assurance that our company processes to the proven technology of AMS 2530 in order to achieve the highest standards of excellence. If the bearings in your high performance engine, endoscope, security camera, or skateboard are coated by Applied Tungstenite they too are certified to go to Mars.

WS2 [Tungsten Disulfide] Applied to Bearings

-Test of Timken [Farm Machinery Bearing] #G1107KRRBAG

Location: Swauger Creek, Mono County, California

These two bearings are installed on the shaft of a 17" Pelton wheel operating from a 50' water head [22psi].

The shaft drives a Teledyne 900 watt 48 volt generator charging a 36 battery bank.

-The two bearings were treated with WS2 in June 2012 and installed July 3, 2012. Since that time [ July 3- 9/20/2012] the owner has been monitoring the system performance with the result that the battery bank is maintaining a voltage of 52 volts vs. a normal 50 volts, a 4% increase in performance.

Conclusion: The reduced friction due to WS2 application increased energy production 4% as equipment ,configuration, and water source have been constant for 25+ years.
